Toronto Star hopes to grow subscriber base, boost revenues with new product bundle

Toronto Star Newspapers Ltd., publisher of the Toronto Star, has launched a new subscriber promotion which pairs subscriptions to the Star’s digital edition with the Kobo Vox e-reader. The product bundle has been designed to increase the daily newspapers’ subscriber base and boost revenues. The promotional offer is powered by NewspaperDirect’s (ND) SmartEdition technology and a Star-branded PressReader app.
