Canadian Right to Know Week is September 23-28

Each year, Right to Know (RTK) Week is celebrated globally as a way to raise awareness about people’s right to access government information while promoting freedom of information as essential to both democracy and good governance. In 2013, the Canadian RTK Week will take place from September 23 to 28.

This year marks the eighth year that Canadians will celebrate RTK Week, and there are a number of events planned across the country.
