Journalists for Human Rights (JHR) will host a special fundraising gala dinner in Toronto on Thursday, October 1, to support human rights journalism in Canada. The evening will feature updates from JHR-trained journalists, the inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award for Human Rights Reporting, and a live auction. Money raised at the Night for Rights Gala and After Party will go towards JHR’s life-changing journalism training in Africa, the Middle East and Northern Ontario.
