Canada Post has announced its annual price and service changes for all Direct Marketing and Transaction Mail, including Publications Mail and Neighbourhood Mail (formerly Unaddressed Admail). These changes will take effect on January 16, 2017.
The following is a brief summary of changes affecting newspaper publishers. All Canada Post customers should have received written notice of the changes. Details are also available online at www.canadapost.ca/notice.
