Another new video from News Media Canada highlights results from 2018 research and how readership varies by demographic target groups, like Boomers, Millennials and adults in higher income households.
This year’s results found that nine out of ten Canadian Millennials (88%) read newspapers on any platform over the course of a week, but their primary platform is the smartphone. Weekly readership by Boomers is slightly higher at 91% but their preferred platform is print.
