This new research confirms that printed newspapers are the most engaging medium, requiring consumers’ full attention. The recent study, Local Newspapers: Engaged and Connected, measured 16 engagement characteristics, including advertising engagement. The data shows that printed newspapers generate advertising engagement almost 2 times higher than the average for all media.
