Toronto Star announces new partnership that puts spotlight on Canada’s aging population

The Toronto Star has announced a new partnership with Toronto Metropolitan University and the National Institute on Ageing that will share the latest research and inform readers about what is at stake for the country’s older adults.

Research and perspectives will be shared in an ongoing series called The Third Act, led by Moira Welsh, a senior investigative reporter at the Star.

In addition, the partnership will also include future opportunities, which will be announced in the coming months, for journalists and researchers to collaborate on work related to healthy aging.
