December is here and on Friday, December 10, the Canadian Community Newspapers Association (CCNA) will release details for the 2005 Better Newspapers Competition (BNC). Stay tuned for details about where to find the rules, entry forms, and information about new categories created this year. Check back at www.communitynews.ca or look for details in the next edition of The Publisher and in special fax memos that will be sent starting next week until the entry deadline, January 31, 2005.
The 2005 BNC Awards will be handed out at the CCNA’s 86th national convention in Banff, Alberta, on Saturday, June 4, 2005. Inquiries should be directed to Member Services Assistant Andrew Powell at (877) 305-2262 ext. 29.
