Celebrated B.C. sports writer Jim Taylor died earlier this week at the age of 82. A celebrated sports columnist throughout the province and across Canada for more than 60 years, Taylor got his start with the Victoria Times Colonist while still in high school in the mid 1950s and went on to do his best-known work with the Vancouver Sun.
