Two Toronto Star columnists pass away

Two popular columnists from the Toronto Star have passed away.

National affairs columnist Jim Travers, who won a National Newspaper Award in 2010 for political writing, died at age 62. He had previously held senior editorial positions at the Ottawa Citizen and the Hamilton Spectator before joining the Star in 1997.
