Aid to Publishers application deadline is Monday, December 9

Newspapers have less than one week left to prepare and submit applications for the Aid to Publishers (ATP) component of the Canada Periodical Fund (CPF). The funding program provides financial assistance to paid-circulation non-daily newspapers and paid or request circulation magazines. Eligibility and funding amounts are calculated using a circulation-based formula.

The 2014-2015 Applicant’s Guide and Application Form are available online on the Aid to Publishers website.  

Application materials for the 2014-2015 funding cycle must be submitted to the Department of Canadian Heritage by Monday, December 9, 2013. Packages must be postmarked or date-stamped on or before the submission deadline in order to be eligible for consideration. .

Publishers must submit all forms and supporting documents in hard copy. To ensure confidentiality of your personal information, please do not transmit forms electronically to the Department.
