This comprehensive study explores the trusted relationship Canadians have with their local newspaper in an increasingly digital world dominated by search engines, social media and ad blocking.

Do you have talented young reporters writing for your daily newspaper? Encourage them to enter their work for the 27th Annual Hon. Edward Goff Penny Memorial Prizes for Young Canadian Journalists. The Goff Penny Awards competition provides $1000 cash prizes to early-career journalists (full-time staff, interns or freelancers) writing for News Media Canada-member daily newspapers.

Studies find that the average person is exposed to up to 10,000 ad and brand messages daily, but only 12 ads will make an impression!
