La Liberté Magazine publishes special issue on cybercrime

La Liberté has published a new edition of its magazine that offers an in-depth analysis of cybercrime, its trends, issues and perspectives.

Called ‘A good look @ Cybercrime’ the magazine will be published in French in La Liberté, and in English in the Winnipeg Free Press.

Sophie Gaulin, editor-in-chief of La Liberté, says the idea of the magazine emerged from a desire to meet the needs of a population increasingly faced with the challenges of cybercrime and to bring together in one reference tool the most important elements needed to understand how to best protect oneself.

The magazine was written under the scientific direction of Akim Laniel-Lanani, Director
of the Cyber-criminology Clinic, Fyscillia Ream, Coordinator of the University of Montreal’s Research Chair in Cybercrime Prevention, and Bertrand Milot, lecturer and CEO of the cyber-intelligence firm Bradley & Rollins.

The magazine is available for free online or in printed copies, in either English or French, by contacting: administration@la-liberte.mb.ca.
