BCYCNA 2016 Ma Murray Awards

BCYCNA is gearing up for next year’s Ma Murray Community Newspaper Awards, which will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016.
The gala is an opportunity to recognize the achievements of the associations’ 111 member newspapers in British Columbia and Yukon.
Awards are handed out in 46 categories – ranging from ad design and classifieds to photography, editorial and newspaper excellence.
The evening, hosted at the River Rock Casino Resort in Richmond, has been called “the Academy Awards of the newspaper industry,” with plenty of good wine and delicious food, VIP treatment, celebrity emcees, open bar, after-party, dancing, and an exclusive penthouse hospitality suite.
