The Canadian Community Newspapers Association (CCNA) has entered a partnership with Canada Post to help promote the 2002 Literacy Awards.
This will mark CCNA’s fourth year of support for the Literacy Awards. CCNA members can help participate by running news stories, nomination ads, and through other activities. Canada Post will soon announce more details about the Awards, including entry information on its web site at www.canadapost.ca.
The Literacy Awards will be presented in several locations throughout the country. All winners receive transportation to the ceremony being held in their province or territory, as well as a certificate of achievement and public recognition. Special prizes are also awarded to winners in certain categories.
More information on the literary awards can be found online at www.canadapost.ca. Members will also receive a literacy booklet in the May edition of the Publisher.
