Newspapers Canada is pleased to announce the launch the 2012 Canadian Community Newspaper Awards, recognizing editorial excellence at community newspapers from across the country. Newspapers can now take advantage of our new, easy-to-use online registration system for the 2012 competition.
Participants will register and complete entry forms online. Newspaper tearsheets will continue to be submitted in hard-copy.
Enter before the early-bird deadline of January 11, 2012 for a chance to win up to $1,500 to use towards the cost of attending the INK+BEYOND conference and trade show in Toronto on April 26-27, 2012.
The final submission deadline is January 18, 2012. The awards will be presented at the Canadian Community Newspaper Awards Gala on April 26 in Toronto.
