There are just a few weeks left to enter the 2015 Canadian Community Newspaper Awards (CCNAwards). This annual competition rewards the very best in community and campus publishing and is open to all CCNA-member community newspapers, Canadian Forces Base newspapers and post-secondary campus newspapers from across Canada.
Editorial, photography and multimedia categories celebrate editorial cartoons, headline writing, community service initiatives, agricultural reporting, sports photography and much more. Small, medium-sized and large papers compete in three separate circulation classes.
Submit your entries before the early-bird deadline on Friday, January 23 for your chance to win $1,500 to use towards the cost of attending Canada’s national newspaper conference in Toronto this spring.
The final entry deadline for this year’s CCNAwards is Friday, January 30, 2015.
