It’s time to start preparing your entries for the 2016 Canadian Community Newspapers Awards. This annual nation-wide newspaper competition celebrations the very best in community publishing from across the country, with award categories covering editorial, photography and multimedia work in various different circulation classes. Newspapers Canada will begin accepting entries for this prestigious awards program on Monday, November 30.
Participants who are members of the Canadian Community Newspapers Association are eligible for our early bird prize draw. Submit all of your entry materials on or before Friday, January 22, 2016, for a chance to win up to $1,500 to use towards the cost of attending this year’s Newspapers Canada conference, taking place in Edmonton on May 27-28, 2016.
The final entry deadline for the 2016 CCNAwards will be Friday, January 29, 2016.
