The Toronto Star is launching an unprecedented initiative today that will see the nation’s most-read newspaper offer free digital access to post-secondary students across Canada in the months leading up to the October federal election.
The offer will be available to the two million students attending hundreds of Canadian colleges and universities, providing them with exclusive coverage, information and analysis to help inform their decisions in the October 21 election.
Post-secondary students from accredited Canadian schools need only to sign up at www.thestar.com/Vote2019Offer by using their official university or college email account.
Once registered, they will have access to award-winning content on thestar.com, generated by hundreds of reporters, editors and columnists in bureaus across the nation. This offer is also extended to current school faculty.
