François Olivier, the long-time chief executive of Transcontinental, retired last week following more than a decade at the helm of the Montreal-based company.
Under his management, Transcontinental transformed from being the country’s largest printer into a global packaging company. Transcontinental dominates domestic printing of newspapers, magazines and flyers. Its clients include major retailers and The Globe and Mail.
