ComBase has become its own corporation.
At a Tri-partite meeting on Oct. 4, 2002, the ComBase Board signed incorporation papers to make the Canadian Community Newspaper Database Corporation (doing business under the name ComBase) its own corporation.
The Board named former ComBase Executive Director Elena Dunn as ComBase President, DSA BaronÔÇÖs David Stanger as ComBase Chair, Fort Frances (ON) Times and Canadian Community Newspapers Association (CCNA) President Jim Cumming as Vice Chair and SaskTel Marketing Manager Thom McInnis as Treasurer.
