Registration is now open for Canada’s largest newspaper conference. Co-hosted by Newspapers Canada, the Alberta Weekly Newspapers Association (AWNA) and the Association de la presse francophone (APF), this year’s national industry event will see newspaper executives and journalists from across the country come together in Edmonton on May 27-28, to hear inspiring presentations from more than a dozen publishing industry experts.
Confirmed speakers include: Dennis DesRosiers, president of DesRosiers Automotive Consultants; Andreas Pfeiffer, editorial director at The Pfeiffer Report; Bob Cox, publisher of the Winnipeg Free Press; and Norm Coyne, event and promotion manager at the Prince George Citizen.
The two-day conference also includes a number of networking opportunities for delegates, awards galas for regional and national awards, and an industry trade show with visiting vendors from across North America.
