MCNA’s Best Layout and Design (circulation 1400-3599) winners (The Carillon, The Dauphin Herald, The Swan Valley Star and Times) were showcased on August 9. Winners in the OCNA Best Sports Photo category were featured on September 10 and highlighted work from the Haliburton County Echo, the Ottawa Community Voice and the Voice of Pelham. On October 27 winners from the SWNA Best Colour Photo category were featured, including the Biggar Independent, the Weyburn Review and the Fort Qu’Appelle Times.
