As part of its celebration of its 150th anniversary this year, the Winnipeg Free Press has published a community cookbook that is engaging culinary audiences both within, and beyond, the city.
The cookbook project was the culmination of eight months of work by arts reporter Eva Wasney. The cookbook contains 150 recipes submitted by readers and also contains feature reporting.
You can read more about how the cookbook was made in the Free Press here. You can also learn more about the impacts seen so far in an INMA feature here.
