In an effort to broaden its existing digital network, TC Media (formerly Transcontinental) has purchased a majority stake in Redux Media. The online advertising network includes over 2,500 websites reaching more than 82 million unique visitors in Canada and the US. The acquisition will help the publishing company to continue developing its digital display-advertising network and related digital marketing services.
“This new partnership offers a strong unique proposition to our customers by providing access to Real-Time bidding (RTB), private exchange and arbitrage advertising platforms with cutting-edge network capabilities to better serve advertisers and agencies,” said Dominique-Sébastien Forest, vice president, national digital solutions, in a press release on the TC Media website.
