Vividata: Young adults read newspapers

Newspapers reached more than half of young adults (52%) yesterday according to research from Vividata. Two thirds of them read a digital version, which is slightly higher than those who reported reading a printed newspaper.

Readership of both print and digital newspapers remains consistent across all age groups at about 18%. Not surprisingly, print readership increases most with age; the majority of adults over the age of 65 are reading their printed version but 40% are still reading a digital version as well.
