Non-daily newspaper publishers have just a few days left to complete and mail their applications for the Aid to Publishers component of the Canada Periodical Fund.
All application packages must be postmarked or date stamped on or before Monday, December 19 in order to eligible for consideration for the 2017-18 funding cycle.
Financial assistance for paid circulation non-daily newspapers is calculated using a circulation-based funding formula. A number of changes have been introduced to this year’s program so please review the Applicant’s Guide thoroughly before submitting your application.
