This year’s winners of the Canadian Online Publishing Awards were revealed in an online ceremony last week. Major winners came from publishers in Quebec and B.C.
NumériQ Inc was the big winner with 6 Gold and a silver, Discourse Media came in second with 3 Gold and 4 Silver and the Tula Foundation/Hakai Magazine came in third with 3 gold and 3 silver.
Several News Media Canada members were recognized for their outstanding efforts. Black Press, Glacier Media, Village Media, and Postmedia all ended the evening with some of the hardware.
