Stay up to date on the Canadian Community Newspapers Association’s (CCNA) 89th annual national conference, Ink & Beyond, with daily news courtesy of journalists from the Toronto Star.
Whether you are in Toronto attending sessions or following events from across the country, the CCNA and its conference partner, the Canadian Newspaper Association (CNA), are pleased to have interns from the Toronto Star assisting in coverage of this year’s sessions and events.
“The conference is a great opportunity for the interns to learn about the challenges that face the industry they will inherit; to meet editors and other newspaper leaders from across the country and to give something back,” said Sharon Burnside, the Star‘s assistant managing editor for training and development.
Starting on May 5, the CCNA and CNA will also have a number of newspaper professionals blogging about the conference, and their experiences in Toronto.
