Newspapers Canada has released the fifth installment of The Press and The Courts for 2011. The latest issue of the bi-monthly legal bulletin includes details on the Supreme Court of Canada’s ruling on hyperlinks, coverage of the latest Freedom of Information Audit, and copyright laws, and a case involving an Ontario judge rejecting an attempt to ban an accused’s guilty plea because his two co-defendants have yet to stand trial.
