Newspapers Canada is pleased to announce the winners of the 2012 Great Idea Awards. This year’s competition drew a record 371 entries from 60 daily and community newspapers from across the country. The winning entries demonstrate the very best in newspaper marketing and promotion and showcase the impressive creativity of the industry.

Winners will be recognized during the Great Idea Awards luncheon on Thursday, April 26 as part of the INK+BEYOND conference and trade show at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel in Toronto, ON. The presentation ceremony provides an excellent opportunity for newspapers to showcase their award-winning entries and learn from other publications about their successful promotions and campaigns.
