On Friday, October 26, the Quebec Community Newspapers Association (QCNA) will host a professional development day for its members. The day-long event includes a networking lunch and two educational sessions: a morning session on the essentials of photojournalism with award-winning photojournalist Peter McCabe and an afternoon session titled, ‘Practical Guide to the Quebec Access To Information Act’ with Montreal media lawyer Mark Bantey.
