In 2022, Canada’s daily newspaper circulation (paid and free) stood at 16.1 million copies over the course of a week. 63% of daily newspaper circulation was paid and 37% was free (controlled).
- Daily newspaper paid circulation accounted for 10,089,712 copies weekly and controlled circulation accounted for 5,992,395 copies weekly.
- There were 71 daily newspaper titles in Canada.
