The Department of Canadian Heritage has released the 2013-2014 Applicant’s Guide and Application Form for the Aid to Publishers component of the Canada Periodical Fund (CPF). The ATP component of CPF provides financial assistance to paid-circulation non-daily newspapers and paid or request circulation magazines.
Eligibility and funding amounts are calculated using a circulation-based formula.
Publishers must submit application forms and all supporting documents to the Department of Canadian Heritage by November 24, 2012.

Packages must be postmarked or date stamped by other delivery services on or before the submission deadline in order to be eligible for consideration. All materials must be submitted in hard copy in order to ensure confidentiality of personal information.
