NADbank, the research arm of the Canadian Newspaper industry, has launched a new blog to gather qualitative research data on newspaper readership across the country. The Tumblr site, titled Black and White and Read All Over, showcases everyday scenes of individuals reading newspapers in print and online. The blog also includes interviews with readers about why they turn to newspapers as a source of information and entertainment.
The site is open to public contributions and NADbank encourages newspaper staff to get involved and submit images and quotes that highlight newspaper readership in their community.
