Journalists between the ages of 20-25 have just one week left to submit their work for the 2011 Goff Penny Memorial Prizes for Young Canadian Journalists. The annual awards program provides two $1,500 cash prizes to young staffers, interns and freelancers writing for CNA-member daily newspapers (English or French) in two circulation categories, fewer than 25,000 and 25,000 and over.
All entries must be postmarked or courier dated before 11:59 PM on Friday, February 3 to be eligible for this year’s competition.
Don’t miss out on your chance to earn industry recognition on a national scale. Prizes will be awarded at an awards gala during the INK+BEYOND conference in Toronto on April 26-27, 2012.
