Some changes to the Verified Circulation (VC) program are being implemented this fall:
- Abolishment of the three per cent deduction rule regarding returns ÔÇô Revised Form X ÔÇô Effective October 1, 2003
- Review of definition regarding Multiple Editions ÔÇô Effective immediately
- Distribution Breakdown – postal code entries
Also, the Canadian Community Newspapers Association is pleased to advise publishers that they can now include electronically distributed issues in their audited circulation figures.
Expect to receive the details regarding these changes, which were mailed out in September to all Verified Circulation members.
