BNC entry deadline looms

Time is running out. The entry deadline for the 2005 Better Newspapers Competition (BNC) is just 10 days away and with over 85 awards being handed out, there’s no telling what you could win. Can’t choose what you want to enter? Why not prove to your community and advertisers (not to mention your staff) what an outstanding paper you publish by entering the General Excellence category, or show off the talent in your newsroom by entering for Best News Story?

The entry deadline for the BNC is Monday, January 31, 2005, and your entries must be received at the CCNA officeÔÇö8 Market St., Suite 300, Toronto, Ontario, M5E 1M6ÔÇöpostmarked or shipped prepaid prior to midnight on January 31. Awards for the 2005 BNC will be handed out at the Canadian Community Newspapers Association’s 2005 Convention which will be held in Banff, Alberta, this year from June 1 to 4.
