The Department of Canadian Heritage has released the 2012-2013 Applicant’s Guide and Application Form for the Aid to Publisher component of the Canada Periodical Fund (CPF).
Both documents are available on the CPF website at http://www.pch.gc.ca/eng/1267303755421.
Applications must be postmarked or date stamped on or before the application deadline of December 12, 2011. Late applications will not be accepted.
The Aid to Publishers (ATP) component is the largest of three parts of the Canada Periodical Fund and provides financial assistance to paid-circulation non-daily newspapers and paid or request circulation magazines. Since the 2011-2012 fiscal year, ATP funding has been calculated using a circulation-based funding formula.
