2010 CNA Members Survey Results

This year the CNA members’ survey delivered some rewarding feedback: •Overall, 62% of our members gave us a good rating and 20% believe our services are excellent. •80% are satisfied with the frequency of the weekly newsletter. •73% say webinars are the best training format •Over 50% visit the CNA website to look for industry news •46% of our members found freedom of information to be the most important public affairs news •Members are generally satisfied with the marketing information from the CNA marketing pieces, presentations, and case studies. You also showed where we can improve or expand service: •68% are not aware of the member-only area on the CNA website. •Members would like see more links to other newspaper and industry related web resources worldwide. •40% of our members check the CNA website less than once a month •Members want to see more coverage of digital integration, advertising trends social media and advertising effectiveness studies. •Members would like to see more public affairs news on digital media copyright, and freedom of information developments.
