Register now for upcoming editorial and design webinars

Newspapers Canada webinars are designed to offer convenient, quick training that fits your schedule. Our educational series continues this March and April with a number of insightful presentations targeted at editorial and design departments. On March 27, Sandra Martin from The Globe and Mail will share her profile writing expertise during The Art of The Obituary. On April 17, we invite the three finalists in the multimedia category from the National Newspaper Awards to discuss the stories behind their creative projects in a free webinar presentation on Multimedia Excellence. Finally, on April 24 Mary Agnes Welch from the Winnipeg Free Press and Susan Pigg from the Toronto Star (both beat reporting finalists for this year’s NNAs) will share their approaches to specialized coverage in Better Beat Reporting.

If you are unable to attend the live webinar, register anyway – a link will be sent to all registrants to download a recording of the entire session to view when your schedule permits.

All webinars take place between 12 PM and 1PM EDT and are $25 or by subscription unless otherwise noted.
