Longtime Windsor Star reporter Bill Shields dies at 81

Longtime Windsor Star reporter Bill Shields died last week at age 81. Shields started at the paper’s Sarnia bureau in the late 1950s and served in a number of different roles in the newsroom, including city hall reporter, automotive writer and business editor. He retired in 1993.
