MCNA convention held April 12-13

ComBase is on the menu at the Manitoba Community Newspapers Association (MCNA) Annual convention and awards banquet.

Held April 12-13 in Winnipeg, the convention will see ComBase Project Manager Elena Dunn give a presentation on ComBase, providing valuable information about the national readership study. She will be giving members and other stakeholders a chance to see the preliminary ComBase numbers and the pricing structure.

Dunn is traveling across Canada during the next few months, giving presentations on ComBase to the various regional associations. She has given presentations on March 1 in Saskatchewan, on April 2-4 in Calgary, Edmonton and Red Deer. Besides the presentation in Manitoba, Dunn will discuss ComBase on April 12 in Ontario, April 26 in British Columbia and on May 11 in Quebec.

But ComBase is not the only item on the menu at the MCNA convention. Delegates will be able to visit the Tech/Trade Show lounge, attend the annual general meeting, learn how to construct and handle PDF files and attend the awards banquet.
