FEBRUARY 8, 2012 – Newspapers Canada has created a new online mail help centre to assist our members in dealing with postal issues and concerns. The new Canada Post section of the Newspapers Canada website was built to narrow down the vast repository of information from Canada Post to the points that are most relevant to CCNA members.
Members can access a variety of resources including up-to-date news stories and helpful website links to information about Publications Mail, Unaddressed Admail and other business services. The site also provides Canada Post’s Commercial Service Network toll-free number and detailed voicemail instructions for customers who need to report late or non-delivery of mail. Members can access the new mail help centre at www.newspaperscanada.ca/canada-post.
