How brands make use of print in difficult times

The International News Media Association (INMA) has published an interesting blog post this week on how brands use print ads to apologize to their audience(s) following a crisis.

The blog looks at three case studies: Oxfam, Facebook, and Kentucky Fried Chicken have recently used newspapers as an effective way to communicate directly with readers via long-copy ads or open letters.
