The Verified Circulation office will also be introducing a number of changes to administrative procedures, effective January 1, 2006.

Members must send payment for annual fees directly to the VC office within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Do not enclose your payment with your annual report–delays in receiving payment may result in processing delays for your report. Auditor fees should continue to be submitted to the VC auditor.

VC will no longer mail hard copies of the three mandatory forms, Form X – Six-Month Publisher’s Circulation Report, Form Y – Press Run Certificate, and Form Z – Single Issue (Weekly) Circulation Report. All forms may be downloaded from the VC website at www.verifiedcirculation.ca/download/ in PDF and Excel formats.
