CPF Update: 2014-2015 Applicant’s Guide and Form now available

The Department of Canadian Heritage has now released the 2014-2015 Applicant’s Guide and Application Form for the Aid to Publishers component of the Canada Periodical Fund (CPF). Both documents are available at www.pch.gc.ca/cpf or via the links below.

The Application Form PDF may not display properly in web browsers and should be downloaded to your computer first before viewing. We recommend only opening the PDF in Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader.

If you are unable to fill out the form electronically, please print and complete the form by hand. In order to ensure confidentiality of personal information, please do not transmit forms electronically.

Publishers must submit signed application forms and all required supporting documents in hard copy to the Department of Canadian Heritage by Monday, December 9, 2013. Application packages that are postmarked or stamped after the December 9 deadline will not be accepted.

The ATP component of CPF provides financial assistance to paid-circulation non-daily newspapers and paid or request circulation magazines. Eligibility and funding amounts are calculated using a circulation-based formula.
