The Globe and Mail celebrates 100 years of remarkable photography

The Globe and Mail unveiled a special feature last month called ‘a century caught on camera’ that celebrates 100 years of historic photography captured by Globe and Mail photographers.

The Globe hired its first staff photographer in 1922, and this curated collection of more than 1650 images, presented year-by-year, documents Canada’s evolution over the past century.
