Newspapers influence auto purchase decisions

Recent research from Newspapers Canada sheds light on the role that printed community newspapers play in automotive purchase decision making.

When study participants were asked what newspapers are useful for when considering an automotive purchase, the top three responses were: General Information, Deciding Make and Model of Vehicle, and Price Comparison.

The study also finds that seven out of ten printed community newspaper readers notice the automotive ads in their newspaper.
